What do I do?

I go on holiday next Tuesday so for the past nearly three weeks I’ve been on a low carb diet. But it hasn’t done anything I don’t think and I don’t know what to do, never wear a bikini?

I have 4 days any have any ideas or even better ideas when I come back to make me feel better about myself? Diet ideas, exercise musts? Anything I’m just sick of seeing a fat belly in the mirror
